A blend originating from Oaxaca that's great in moles and tacos, or as a rub

This Mexican blend contains dried Epazote, a unique herb used in a lot of Mexican cooking to help with digestion- as well as add flavour. Our blend is based on a recipe from Oaxaca, with a little heat and lots of flavour

Ingredients: epazote, paprika, oregano, cumin, chilli, cinnamon

Ideas for Mexican

  • Mix with avocado, lemon juice and sour cream to make a nice dip
  • Use as a seasoning for meats to go into tacos
  • Try Mexican rubbed onto fish before frying for fish tacos
  • Use Mexican in a tomato sauce mixture for seasoning.
  • Mix in with beans and cheese to make enchiladas.
  • Use as a rub with chicken when making a mole- add grated dark chocolate and tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle on flat potato slices and bake to make chips.
