Happy Mix

Our own blend of mood enhancing spices

We tweaked this blend after running mental health workshops featuring food for mood. These spices all have components that help with mood, anxiety and even depression. Add them to your daily diet for a natural lift. It helps that it tastes great too. Once you have it in your plunger coffee, you’ll never go back.

Ingredients: cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, coriander, ginger, cloves

Ideas for Happy Mix

  • Put a teaspoon in your morning plunger of coffee
  • Sprinkle a little on hot buttered toast
  • Mix some into your morning hot porridge
  • Add some into your apple muffin mix
  • Use in an apple crumble
